Reservation
In order to secure an accommodation suiting your needs and wishes, you are encouraged to book as soon as possible and recommendable before ?. If you require a triple bedroom, please contact DIS Congress Service in writing, stating all names and arrival and departure dates.
Participants who want to book hotel accommodation should indicate the preferred hotel on the hotel reservation form. If the Hotel of your choice is not available at the time of booking, the closest alternative will be allocated.
If for some reason it is more convenient for you to book the hotel room after having registered for the congress it is still possible to book and achieve the favourable congress rate.

Ibsens Hotel***
Ibsens Hotel is located in the heart of Copenhagen, in the delightful Nansensgade area next door to cafés, quirky shops and restaurants, and the City Lakes. Nørreport Station is only 5 minutes’ walk away. The 118 rooms at Ibsens Hotel are cosy and each floor is kept in a unique style. One floor is entirely in the classic Danish design, others in a more bohemian taste, with interesting and unique antique pieces scattered around them. Guests are offered free high-speed Internet all over the hotel.

Grand Hotel****
Grand Hotel is a modern but classical four-star hotel located in the heart of Copenhagen close to the Central Station, Tivoli Gardens and the pedestrian street, Strøget. Grand Hotel has 161 tastefully decorated rooms in light and calming colours, all renovated in 2006. All the rooms have wireless internet. The hotel's restaurant, Ristorante Frascati, serves the best of the original Italian cuisine in a stylish and informal atmosphere.

Scandic Hotel Copenhagen****
Scandic Hotel Copenhagen is located in the heart of Copenhagen, close to the Tivoli Gardens, and the pedestrian street, Strøget. The 18th floor hotel has 486 rooms and a view over one of the three lakes in Copenhagen. The Hotel has both indoor and outdoor parking facilities against a small fee.

Cab Inn City***
The hotel is located just behind Tivoli Gardens in the heart of Copenhagen. All 350 rooms have private bath, toilet, television, telephone and an electric kettle with free tea and coffee. All standard rooms have bunk beds. Rooms are available especially for wheelchair users. 24 -hour reception. The hotel has a breakfast restaurant and its own parking facilities.
Single room DKK 545 per night / Double room (bunk beds) DKK 675 per night ex. breakfast.
Deposit, cancellation and changes
Reservations of hotel rooms must be backed up by a deposit payment. The deposit serves as a guarantee to the hotel for the first night and will be deducted from the participants’ hotel bill upon check-out.
In case of cancellation or changes: Before the 1th of February, the deposit will be refunded, between the 1st of February and the 17th of February, the deposit will only be refunded if DIS Congress Service is able to allocate the cancelled room-nights to another guest. After the 17th of February no refund of hotel deposit will be made. Please note that in case of cancellation all hotels are legally authorized to charge the entire stay as booked by the customer also in case of no-show.
All changes must be made to DIS Congress Service in writing and not to the hotel
All bookings will be made on a first-come first served basis after receipt of hotel deposit, as long as DIS has rooms available.
